Abstract: Social media plays an important part in the digital transformation of businesses. This research provides a comprehensive analysis of the use of social media by business-to-business (B2B) companies. The current study focuses on the number of aspects of social media such as the effect of social media, social media tools, social media use, adoption of social media use and its barriers, social media strategies, and measuring the effectiveness of use of social media. This research provides a valuable synthesis of the relevant literature on social media in B2B context by analysing, performing weight analysis and discussing the key findings from existing research on social media. Abstract: Robotic Process Automation (RPA) has emerged as promising automation technology in recent years. Firms seize RPA for fast and cost-efficient low-code process automation implemented and maintained decentrally in the business units by subject matter experts (SMEs) without IT development experience. However, decentralized RPA projects are reported to frequently fail and be prone to challenges as SMEs struggle to meet their new roles and responsibilities, such as developers or testers. Yet, research lacks an understanding of how challenges related to SMEs' roles and responsibilities unfold and how to address these challenges when executing decentralized RPA projects. To this end, our study employs a Design Science Research approach, drawing on literature and 14 expert interviews, to (1) systematically synthesize the challenges related to SMEs' roles and responsibilities and (2) derive a software development framework for supporting SMEs in their new roles and responsibilities in decentralized RPA projects. Thus, our study contributes to RPA and low-code development research and provides SMEs with guidelines to navigate decentralized RPA projects in practice. Collapse

Abstract: Self-sovereign identity represents a novel phenomenon aiming to innovate how entities interact with, manage, and prove identity-related information. As with any emerging phenomenon, user acceptance represents a major challenge for the adoption of Self-sovereign identity. Since previous initiatives for digital identity management solutions have not been successfully adopted while at the same time their benefits are largely driven by network effects, user acceptance research is of particular importance for Self-sovereign identity. Therefore, we investigate the user acceptance of Self-sovereign identity by conducting a qualitative interview study. Abstract: Recent developments in big data technologies are revolutionizing the field of healthcare predictive analytics (HPA), enabling researchers to explore challenging problems using complex prediction models. Nevertheless, healthcare practitioners are reluctant to adopt those models as they are less transparent and accountable due to their black-box structure. We believe that instance-level, or local, explanations enhance patient safety and foster trust by enabling patient-level interpretations and medical knowledge discovery. Therefore, we propose the RObust Local EXplanations (ROLEX) method to develop robust, instance-level explanations for HPA models in this study. ROLEX adapts state-of-the-art methods and ameliorates their shortcomings in explaining individual-level predictions made by black-box machine learning models. Our analysis with a large real-world dataset related to a prevalent medical condition called fragility fracture and two publicly available healthcare datasets reveals that ROLEX outperforms widely accepted benchmark methods in terms of local faithfulness of explanations. In addition, ROLEX is more robust since it does not rely on extensive hyperparameter tuning or heuristic algorithms. Explanations generated by ROLEX, along with the prototype user interface presented in this study, have the potential to promote personalized care and precision medicine by providing patient-level interpretations and novel insights. Abstract: Knowledge management (KM) impacts have typically been examined on the value of knowledge to organizations but not individuals. This paper uses survey data (186 employees) and qualitative data (300 + employees) at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration to examine the effects of four KM mechanisms (social learning, learning from others through IT, learning from IT, and IT-based knowledge substitution) and common knowledge on the individual and organizational value of knowledge. The results indicate that common knowledge and the two interpersonal mechanisms (social learning, learning from others through IT) enhance the perceived value of knowledge at both levels, but both mechanisms that rely on IT for the knowledge (learning from IT, IT-based knowledge substitution) reduce the perceived knowledge value at one level and have no significant effect at the other level. Further, common knowledge strengthens the positive effects of both interpersonal mechanisms, and weakens the negative effects of IT-based knowledge substitution, on perceived value of knowledge at both levels. There are major differences between countries of the European Union when it comes to the success of digital identity infrastructure, yet, we lack insights into the conditions for successful digital identity infrastructure evolution (eID evolution success). Abstract: With the increase of open government data (OGD) supply in many countries, promoting its reuse becomes an important issue to a variety of stakeholders. Considering that most citizens have never used OGD, this study adopted a mixed methods design that includes an experiment and a survey to explore the factors that affect OGD reuse intention. The findings include: (1) user information need, significantly affected by user digital capability, triggers OGD reuse intention. (2) Perceived data value, affected by perceived data quality, information need, and government preparation, is the core influencing factor of OGD reuse intention and user satisfaction. (3) Gov­ ernment preparation has a significant effect on perceived data value, perceived data quality, and user satisfac­ tion. (4) Different from previous studies on other products, perceived data quality and user satisfaction have no direct significant effects on user reuse intention, revealing the dual attributes of OGD as technical products and monopolistic public goods. This study reveals the mechanism of OGD value co-creation by integrating factors related to data, user, and the government, providing novel empirical evidence and theoretical insights to the literature of Customer Satisfaction Index, Technology Acceptance Model, and data reuse. To foster acceptance of digital healthcare services in the future and support the digital transformation of healthcare, it is crucial to understand and overcome individuals' concerns associated with the adoption of digital technologies. This paper presents eleven concerns structured along four categories deduced from an in-depth interview study with 26 healthcare professionals and patients. Further, we mapped these individual concerns as exogenous mechanisms on the wellestablished Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technologies (UTAUT) and discuss general implications for digital technology adoption in healthcare. Our paper is a first step towards addressing relevant concerns and can be usedeither ex-ante or ex-postto anticipate, explain, or evaluate problems with the adoption of digital healthcare services.
